This is an incredibly efficient way to get departmental restructurings and projects done quickly while not having to concern oneself with internal buy-in or selling.

We can be involved as much or as little as appropriate, depending on the situation.

Our goal is to go above and beyond the typical offerings of a consulting group. Our Drop-In Deployments can be limited in scope or quite involved. We will never implement methods without TBT2 Consulting Group acknowledging direct confirmation from Management. We will only be involved as much as we are contracted to do. Rest easy in that while we are available for as much as a year contract, we will serve the C-Suite as fractional Chief of Staff figures.

Companies, much like people, are often resistant to change. We have a process of advising and offering. Following the C-Suite sign off though, we are happy to serve as the bearer of "decisions" and "change". As change agents we can let it be known on behalf of the C-Suite what we will be doing.
