Our Blue Printing Workshops drive enterprise value creation by gathering the right leaders in the right place for a structured process to mine breakthrough ideas. They blend inspirational team-building with intensive, brainstorming sessions, ensuring a dynamic and productive experience for all. You will develop as a leader and likely remember the session as an “I was in the room when it happened” moment in company history.
Sample Agenda
Travel to beautiful Beaver Creek, CO to check into the Osprey Hotel or Park Hyatt in time for our introduction and kick off dinner.

Each day will start at 9 am to provide time to catch up on email and grab a workout. Lunch will be 90 minutes to allow email and phone calls.
Day One
· Morning: Working Genius Team Building
· Afternoon: First Facilitated Brainstorming Session

Day Two
· Morning: Second Facilitated Brainstorming Session
· Afternoon: Horseback Riding or Skeet Shooting
· Evening: Post-dinner Team Building Exercise

Day Three
· Morning: Third Brainstorming Session
· Afternoon: T-shirt Sizing, Ranking Exercise and Executive Commitments
· Evening: Celebration dinner
